Temperate climate with favourable sunshine, but with strong variations due to conflicts between oceanic, continental and Mediterranean influences.<\/p>\n

VINIFICATION<\/h5>\n

The grapes are harvested at night when they are fully ripe to get the best expression of the grape variety. The alcoholic fermentation is slow and takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. The wine is aged on fine lees for about 6 months.<\/p>\n

Viognier – 2020<\/h1>\n

Viognier is a white wine grape variety that is not very productive but nevertheless robust. It is not afraid of drought and adapts well to hot climates, especially as it needs plenty of sunshine to develop its aromas in the wine.<\/p>\n

When vinified on its own, Viognier produces round white wines with low acidity and a velvety, fat feel.
